Halloween Costume Ideas🎃

It is finally October. You know exactly what time it is. It is time to take out those Uggs, grab a pumpkin spice latte, and start binge watching your all time favorite shows. I just found out today that Netflix is bringing back Gossip Girls to Netflix in the US, isn’t that perfect? It is like it knew that I wanted to keep watching that show for fall. Anyway, not only is it finally the fall season, but it is also HALLOWEEN season. Yup, it is time to start coming up with ideas for a cute, sexy, or funny costume. Maybe some of you won’t be going trick or treating this year but I think it’s still cute for parties or even photos! 

I will be giving you guys my top five ideas for three different sections. Solo halloween costumes, duo+ friends halloween costumes, and last but not least couple halloween costumes. I have done my search and I have been digging for the best costumes EVER!

Solo Costumes!

1. Mia from Princess Diaries 

Grab your tiara and white dress right now! Honestly this is such a cute costume and it is so simple! I love the Princess Diaries and this is perfect because you can always add your own little twist by making different versions of Mia from the movie. All you need to create this halloween costume is a simple white dress whether it is a corset one, flowy dress, or even those cute silky white dresses. Paired with a tiara and white gloves! 

1. Witch..aw witch 

Yes, I know this is a pretty basic halloween costume…but come on it’s a pretty hot and gorgeous costume idea EVER. It can also be any kind of witch. Pink witch. Bad witch. Good witch. Black witch. Your choice! What you would need for this costume is any dress or corset with a skirt, gloves, big boots, and a hot witch hat. 

1. Queen of Hearts…?

Okay I know this is a pretty random one but as soon as I saw this pop up on my lemon app I was like I need to add this to my list RIGHT NOW.  I honestly am not quite sure where this deck of cards corset comes from..but I am pretty sure you can definitely find it on amazon. Or if not a bright red corset works the same and gives off the same bad b*tch effect! This ones cute because you can use your arts and crafts skills and make a deck of cards crown. 

Costumes with Friends! (duos, big groups, trios)

1. Black + White Swan

Let’s kick this off with an iconic look of the black and white swan. Perfect costume for the perfect duo. Not only is this an iconic look but it is so effortless, all you would need is a white and black tutu that isn’t so big but it is the right length, black and white corset/ ballet top and boom there you have it. Oh and don’t forget the feathers. Honestly if I see a blonde and brunette do this I would cry right on the spot. 

1. Ninja Turtles

Another one I stole off Pinterest. This one is quite funny but actually looks fire with the right clothing. The tight skirt and the bandana top are literally the most perfect combo I have ever seen for this kind of costume. You can also do this look with green cargos and a top..don't worry I know it starts to freeze in some areas during Halloween. 

1. Banana? BAAANANANA. The minions 

Oh my god. If I hadn’t done a minion costume three years ago I would definitely do this one again…but much cuter. This is a costume that can be combined in any way that you want. A skirt, jeans, or of course a cute pair of overalls. 

1. Any Disney Princess Combo.

There is nothing wrong with going for a classic Disney Princess look with the gals. Everyone can choose their own favorite Disney princess and dress up as them and have a cute picture session. 

Couple Costumes…

1. The Chef and the Mouse fall in love 

Yes, we have all seen ratatouille before..? I am guessing you have but okay let’s take away the whole plot and admire the costume idea? An adorable mouse with the chef. Pretty simple, one gets to wear the chef’s hat with an apron. The other a cute little mouse costume! So adorable right?

1. The Toy Story One

This one is my favorite besides all the rest. Woody and Bo Peep. The color scheme for this costume is so vibrant and fun, I think any couple would enjoy this costume. 

1. Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from ZOOTOPIA! 

Am I the only one who kind of found Nick Wilde the FOX kind of attractive..? Yes, after watching the movie when I was about 10 years old I think I may have had a crush on a fox. But anyway, another unique and cute little costume idea for the couples out there!
