TIME TO WORKOUT! Lately I've been enjoying working out a lot…which is suprising because working out was something I always dreaded on doing until now! I realized how good it makes me feel and since I’ve been wanting to work on my body I think it is perfect to start doing workouts. Today I decided to take the model route and try a model routine from youtube and let me say it was tough. I think it was tough because a lot of the workouts were new to me and I wasn’t as used to doing any kind of boxing routine..yup boxing. A model's routine consists of hard cardio whether it is boxing, running, jump rope, boxing which is the most common one. Models from Bella Hadid all the way to Adriana Lima do these kinds of workouts that I tried today.
At the beginning of the workout I was okay because I was just starting to bring my heart rate up but once I realized how this workout was structured I knew in that moment that I was in for the long run. Guys…just watch the video and see for yourselves the struggle I went through but I loved it….I hate and love to admit it that at the end of it I felt like a real skinny queen! I love you guys so much have a great week! (don’t forget to have fun workouts for an incredible body) (also don’t forget to eat anything you want cause you deserve it)
